Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

We at IMO Tech Training value our students' satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality training and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our training services, we offer a refund policy as outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your course registration, you must notify IMO Tech Training by sending your request via email to info@imotechtraining.com before going any further in this course and within 30 days of the registration date. We will provide you a monetary refund equal to the cost of the course registration minus a 30% cancellation fee.

Please note that refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

If you have accessed any course materials, a refund may not be possible.

For Canceled, Rescheduled, or Postponed Training:

In the event that the original training event that you purchased is canceled, postponed or rescheduled:

  • IMO Tech Training will notify you in advance regarding changes to the date, time or location.
  • You will receive a credit to your IMO Tech Training account for 100% of the original price paid.
  • You may use that credit on any IMO Tech Training product or service within 12 months of the credit issue date.
  • If the product being exchanged is more than the cost of the original product you are responsible for paying the difference.
  • If the product being exchanged is less than the original cost of the product you will receive a refund for the difference.
  • Your purchase may be transferred to another colleague once IMO Tech Training receives the request in writing. Please send the request to: support@imotechtraining.com

If you are unable to attend the training event:

In the event that you are unable to attend the original training event that you purchased:

  • Submit your cancellation to IMO Tech Training in writing at least (7) business days prior to the training event. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 7 days notice could result in IMO Tech Training not refunding all or part of the original training cost.
  • Upon review of your request, you will receive a credit to your IMO Tech Training account for 100% of the original price paid.
  • You may use that credit on any IMO Tech Training product or service within 12 months of the credit issue date.
  • If the product being exchanged is more than the cost of the original product you are responsible for paying the difference prior to the rescheduled training event.
  • If the product being exchanged is less than the original cost of the product you will receive a refund for the difference.
  • Your purchase may be transferred to another colleague once IMO Tech Training receives the request in writing. Please send the request to: support@imotechtraining.com

Please note that cancellation fees may apply and will be clearly stated in your purchase agreement.
