VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant IMO Tech Solutions (IMO Tech Training) the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on company websites, social media and other related websites and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me.

I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of the IMO Tech Solutions.

I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge IMO Tech Solutions, IMO Tech Training, its current and former trustees, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name or, if I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.

This Agreement for services specified below is hereby entered into with IMO Tech Solutions, an educational and IT consulting institution in Prince George’s County, Lanham, Maryland, hereafter referred to as IMO Tech Training and IMO Tech Solutions, 9470 Annapolis Road Suite 213 Lanham, MD 20706, under the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Tuition: Tuition is charged at the time your application is approved and you are extended enrollment in the program. Tuition is based on the portion(s) of the program being registered.

COURSES OFFERED AND PRICES:

  1. Amazon Web Services (AWS): $2500
  2. Linux: $3000
  3. Cyber Security (RMF or CompTIA+/SOC): $2500

*Course Bundle: if you take 2 or more courses with IMO Tech Training subsequently, receive a discount of $500 off subsequent classes.

Deposit: If you need time to make tuition payment arrangements, you may submit deposit 50% or a minimum of $500 is to secure your seat. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to a future program. The deposit counts towards tuition due. Payment arrangement will be made to reflect the rest of your course duration and final payment must be received before or on the last day of your class.

Payments: It is expected that students make payment bi-weekly or as arranged with staff. IMO Tech Solutions accepts cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and other forms of electronic payment, e.g. Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal. Online and electronic payments are charged a 3% processing fee and returned checks will assess a $50 fee. If you cannot maintain your payment schedule, complete the “promise to pay” section of adjustment on Payment Agreement, indicating when next payment will be made and if necessary, the remaining payment schedule to ensure compliance.

Program Withdrawals: If you are unable to complete your program, you may submit a written Withdrawal Statement, or request to move to a future co-hort. The refund policy takes effect upon receipt of application and approval.

Refund Policy: Withdrawal Statements received prior to program start receive a full refund, minus the $500 deposit. Withdrawal Statements received within 30 days of program start date (first day of class), a prorated refund will be issued (minus tuition for 2 courses attended). No refunds can be given after the end of 5th week from the program start date.

Grievance Resolution: If there is an issue concerning to you, you may take these steps:

  1. Discuss your concern with or ask question to the person directly to offer a resolution or make a request.
  2. Contact an instructor, or your coach to discuss the concern.
  3. Request formal mediation at your expense.

General Grievance Guidance:

  • If you have an emotional concern occur during your program, please reach out to your lead instructor first, or one of the administration, or the coach you have chosen to work with.
  • If you are upset by something that another student said or did, please talk to the student directly. Another option is to bring up your concerns in-group during class (with prior permission and guidance from the lead instructor). You may also request a formal mediation at your expense.
  • If you are upset or concerned about a timeline, or other issue not listed, please contact any of our administrators ─ we are here to help! We hope your program is glitch free; however, we acknowledge that issues happen in life and we are here to assist.

Additional Conditions:

  1. Participation: Unethical and disrespectful behavior, including defamation, is not tolerated, both during and outside of class. We have the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel your enrollment in a program at any time, should you demonstrate unethical (breaching the Code of Ethics as set forth by the IMO Tech Training) or demonstrate disrespectful behavior to an instructor, coach or fellow classmate(s), without a refund.
  2. Participation and Copyright: By participating in our programs you agree to respect all Trademarks, Copyrights and Confidentialities. All materials, manuals, content, recordings, videos, pictures and media are all Copyright © of IMO Tech Training, All Rights Reserved. Permission will be given to adapt training tools for your use on a tool-by-tool basis. Program content, processes, concepts, materials or techniques are not permitted to be used, sold, adapted, repackaged, altered or marketed for your training purposes outside of class, without written permission from IMO Tech Solutions.
  3. Course Completion: Participation and payment of tuition does not guarantee course completion. Completion is based on student attending class, completing the assigned labs and reading the materials provided.
  4. Material and Content Warning: We are committed to providing quality materials through web-based formats. While we select formats and companies to deliver these services that are reputable and reliable, we cannot guarantee that any materials, or services will be glitch free, or virus free. All use of our online services is at your own risk.
  5. Results: We are committed to teaching, mentoring, and developing each student according to their goals. We cannot guarantee that any particular tool will work for you. You are responsible for your own results and implementing the tools, techniques, and models presented as you see fit for your clients. The tools, techniques and models taught are not a substitute for your own discretion, independent judgments, and life experience.

  9. Satisfaction: You are responsible for researching programs prior to enrollment. Enrollment and participation represent your commitment to your goals with IMO Tech Training as your training center of choice.

  4. I was accepted into IMO Tech Training because the administrators believe in my ability to add value to the IT profession. I am committed to excellence as it relates to my attitude, behavior, and professionalism. I am committed to being my best self in class.
  5. I am fully responsible for program tuition (attended or not) and any fees I accrue per agreement

“I release and forever discharge IMO Tech Solutions, its officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives and support personnel either employed or contracted with from all claims, liabilities, and losses asserted by or on behalf of me for any and all injury, loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in an activity of IMO Tech Solutions or the use of its equipment or facilities, rented or owned. TERMS OF SERVICE

I am fully aware that IMO Tech Solutions will not provide refund for missed classes. All payments received by IMO Tech Solutions is non-refundable. If student is on a payment plan, student must make payment on the due date agreed upon during registration BEFORE the start of that class on the date per the payment plan. Students are not allowed to continue training except all agreed payments are paid on time or a "promise to pay” adjustment is agreed upon and signed. Makeup classes are available via the online recordings of the class.

All students are required to attend their individual classes so as not to miss any of the hands-on experience lectures and practices. Students are not to interrupt other fellow students in class by being belligerent, disrespectful to either fellow students or to professors. Such behavior could lead to immediate dismissal from the class and complete forfeiture of all tuition fee without the possibility of a refund. Study materials will be provided by the IMO Tech Solutions staff provided that the student has paid for the materials and access as it is part of the course tuition fee. Students are also required to do a short video with IMO Tech Solutions once they get employment. IMO Tech Solutions does not in any way intend to nor makes a guarantee of employment after the course is complete. Job employment upon completion of the course will be solely due to the efforts of each individual student.

1. How much does the class cost?

Depending on the course you registered for, prices ranges from $1,700 to $3,000. Our instructors are committed and highly motivated individuals who are willing to work hard for the benefit and success of their students.

2. How long does the class session last?

All classroom-based classes take place between eight to twelve weeks with one or two instructor and up to 2 students per class. The instructor shares material in a lecture format and also on the training online platform, but leaves plenty of time for questions, group projects and one-on-one attention, as well as hands-on labs. The online-only classes also take place between 8 weeks to 12 weeks with up to 35 students per session.

3. How long does each class run and is it every day?

In-person classes are held two days a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays, beginning promptly at 10 a.m. and ending at 2 p.m. Online classes run five days a week, Monday-Friday, the three-hour evening session starts in the afternoon from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00pm ET.

4. What is average pay for the IT course I am taking?

The average salary for "information technology" ranges from approximately $48,813 per year for Information Technology Intern to $122,355 per year for senior level positions.

5. Do you guarantee a job placement after I finish the course?

In short, no. But we have dedicated staff members who work with local employers to connect students to jobs. After students graduate from IMO Tech Training, they may apply for jobs our partners offer. Those positions are not guaranteed; students interview for those positions.
